Shantel Rivera is a graduate of Randolph College with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology. She has always had a passion to help others and this passion led her to a career in Social Work. Shantel previously worked in New York City as a Case Planner for a non-profit organization that focused on children in the foster care system.
After a budding career in Social Work, Shantel moved to Hampton, VA to pursue a career in real estate. She entered the real estate industry to educate people on the benefits of homeownership and how they can build generational wealth through property investments. She loves being a part of everyone’s journey whether they are buying or selling. Knowing that they trust her with such an important experience makes her work so much harder for them.
Shantel is the mother of two beautiful, young children, an 11-year-old son Jordan and a 4-year-old daughter Mia, and a wife. She loves to advocate for her children to ensure they succeed in school and their after-school activities. Her children are heavily involved in musical theater, dance competition team, tap, ballet, and gymnastics. In her spare time, she loves to bake, cook, hike, read, and spend quality time with her family.
